The Three Pen Styles
This page is to inform you about the three different types of pens that we make and sell. The three pen styles are: Fountain Pens, Rollerball Pens, and standard Ballpoint Pens. This page will explain the differences between the three styles of pens as well as their Pros and Cons
Fountain Pens
This is the classic pen. A favorite to almost all who have tried them, you cant believe how smoothly and beautifully this pen writes. This pen is highly customizable offering a wide range of nibs of different sizes, and even flat tip calligraphy nibs.
Some people who lived through the era when these pens were used in school talk about how messy they were and how much maintenance they took, but this is not true of our fountain pens! Today's fountain pens are clean, easy to use, and require very little maintenance.

Rollerball Pens
Rollerball pens are a cross between fountain pens and ballpoint pens. They bring you the best of both worlds with the easy mess free use of a ballpoint pen and the smooth writing and dark trail of ink of the fountain pen. Rollerball pens are different than ballpoint pens because they use a water-based ink that is thinner and able to be absorbed deeper into the paper, producing cleaner looking lines and more consistent ink flow.
Ballpoint Pens
In today's world this is considered the everyday pen. This is the pen that sees the largest range in price differences. These pens can cost as little as a quarter for a disposable pen, or as much as hundreds of dollars for the more ornate and high end pens. This pen requires almost no maintenance at all, and takes refills the least often.
